The ETC took place on the Cultural and Convention Center "Bicentenario", a beautiful center built at the end of the 19th century, and originally designed to celebrate Mexico's Independence Centenary, this building has been recently remodeled with modern instalations and gardens, which makes it an ideal enclosure for this event.
